Burglary when at home - Camera not armed - Can I retrieve recording?

Hi all,

We were at home when a burglar tried to enter our home. I managed to scare it but I wasn't able to fully identify his face. However we have an Arlo camera pointing at the window. If armed it would have recorded his face. The Police recommended me to contact Arlo to see if I could get the footage (hopefully keeping the background footage saved somewhere).

It happened yesterday and Arlo support is closed all weekend. They don't seem to have an email address. Do you know what the best way to contact them is and if I have a chance to recover the footage?

If you don't have CVR, the video isn't saved.

Just to be clear this isn't like there is footage to retrieve. It was never recorded.

What you would need to do is something like creating/updating a mode to be active while at home, but do not send notifications. 

Then this raises privacy concerns are you are recording everything you do. This is how i do it.
