Cant download videos on Android 10 Samsung S10e. App has all permissions enabled.

After updating to android 10 on my samsung s10e I cant download any videos with the arlo app. The app has all permissions enabled. Does anyone have a sollution?

I have 10 on my Pixel 3 XL and download with no problems. Videos should go into the Downloads folder on the phone. Are you getting error messages? Do you see the download start (I see a blinking down arrow in my notification bar)? Have you tried rebooting the phone and reinstalling the app?
