I have an older Arlo Q camera which has been working great.  I recently upgraded my Spectrum router which now contains both 2.4 and 5G with one SSID and password.  Now I cannot re-connect the Arlo Q.  I have reset the Q, made sure my phone is connected to the 2.4G and also tried connecting using my laptop.  I hear the chime but then the camera times out before the app can locate it.  Any suggestions would be appreciated.  Thank you

Have you also removed the Q from your account?

I had a similar problem a few weeks ago where some of my Arlo Q's that had not been connected for a while seemingly would not connect. I tried a bunch of things, which it sounds like you have as well. I think I also removed and re-added the device as suggested by @jguerdat.

I can't offer a definitive set of steps that fixed it. But with my Arlo Q's and Arlo Baby, I have found that when I leave it powered on and near the router overnight, it eventually connects. Not clear as to what is going on. Maybe sometimes it's needs to work itself out or figure out how to do an update.

I do also want to add that I just posted about the last two Android updates messing things up, including devices and the Library loading in the app. With the last update that I did last night, my Arlo Q and Pro 2's would not show up in the app after I did a power cycle of my modem and router. I had to power cycle the Arlo and Q and the Pro 2 base station a couple times and wait a while before they would show back up in the app.
