I have already given details to three of you!! Arlo is junk and my cameras were fine until you deactivated them!! I reset them! Turned them off for 5 minutes then back on!! I did everything that was asked!! Your company will go out of business from the looks of all the negative comments!?!?!? You should probably jump ship before it’s too late. This will be my last reply! Harass someone else please!

My Q camera is working fine. Maybe if you took a breath and told us what you've tried and what you see we could help you.

Have you ever had a company deactivate $600 worth of cameras just to get you to purchase cloud service and 4 cheap replacement cameras? Yep! I had that done to me….. Whoever is running Arlo is ruining this once great company.

What exactly has occured when you describe "deactivate?" All the changes are furstrating and messed up. Perhaps look a one of my posts today to see if it helps you.
Last week, my two accounts that had my Arlo Qs and Arlo Babys were forced to use the new app version with the "Feed" style instead of old "Library" style.
My cameras would do Live View, and I could change the settings. But the cameras would not record or notify on movements.
I did a long post describing how I resolved the recording and notifying problems. Try reading it here and see if it helps you. It starts at message 33. I still am having other problems with the cameras. For example, they do record now but won't stop notifying even though notifications are supposed to be turned off.

They turned my cameras off. They said it was because they were at their end of life. I had the Arlo Q cameras that were phenomenal!! Poof $600 great investment up in smoke… the cameras they sold me were little ones and did not have the magnet base? I am glad my Chevrolet doesn’t have an end of life time? I had the free original 7 day cloud. That is why they gave me the Axe. They want that cloud money. I am going to do a serious upgrade to wired with a hard drive. I threw the cheap new cameras in the garbage. I actually tried to send them back lol. Good luck with that. Thanks for the info sir

That is messed up; sorry that you had to deal with that!
Agreed that the Arlo Q cameras are great (hardware wise). Actually, I think the all legacy cameras (Q, Baby, Pro 2, etc.) were solidly built and quite good for their time.
I am still using the all my legacy cameras on the free 7 day recording plan. Being forced into the new app has been a huge pain, and it was very stressful to have ALL my cameras stop recording. But they are mostly working now....
If you still have the cameras, maybe try adding them back to an account. Theoretically, they should all still work.....

Somehow I think if I hooked the Arlo keys back up on another account, they would see it and shut me off again and I’d be even more frustrated. Thanks for your time. Good luck, buddy

Again, my Q is working fine. Arlo has NOT deactivated (or any other word) your cameras. While they are EOL devices, they will continue to work until they're dead. Some actual details would be useful.

FYI, this is a user-to-user forum, and no one who has replied to your posts works for Arlo. So they didn't deactivate anything. While EoL cameras aren't supported, Arlo hasn't deactivated them. That is confirmed by the various people who did reply who are still using their Q cameras. If support told you otherwise, then they gave you misinformation (which unfortunately does happen sometimes).
Obviously something bad has happened with yours, but you really didn't reply with enough specifics for anyone to help you. No one harrassed you, they were just wanting to help you get the cameras back online.
