Arlo q no two way audio

Arlo q no two way audio.i can hear but can't speak 。I use iPhone 6 ,new version

Arlo 2.4.2,ISO 10.3.2.alway say your camera speaker is disabled. Go to camera setting to enable .but camera setting can't find arlo in privacy -camera.what should I do?

Try reinstalling the app.  Be sure to accept any requested settings.

I try reinstall app several time,still no two way audio.

Also No two way Audi in my iPad Air 2!  I think arlo app can not use to ISO 10.3.2!!!

Jennyq,

This is a permissions issue with the iOS devices. Check your iOS settings to be sure the microphone permission is enabled for the Arlo app.

I'm having the same problems with Android 8. Actually I can't even see the icon for two way communication. It used to be there when I got the camera for the first time but it didn't work, now the icon for 2 way comm is not even there. App has full permissions but still a no go.

Update:
Got it to work finally by going into Apps & Notifications in settings -> App info -> Arlo -> Storage -> and clicking Clear Data.
