To sit with other things to do for over 5 hours trying to connect to your product is obsurd! Especially when the thing has worked for the 3 months that we've had it and it just stops and wont connect. There is no excuse for this! Oh and your phone customer service is worse than your product. I swear I am going to locate the receipt and attach it to the box and throw it back at Best Buy! Total garbage!
