Arlo Q won't Sync to me Linksys 1200AC router

Installed the Arlo Q  1080 HD but it will not sync to my Linksys 1200AC WiFi.    Did a reset to Arlo, Changes password on the router, verifivied the Wifi name is correct, I have tried syncing it many times.  I sync and the blue light turns on, but when I show it the product code, the light stays blue for a few seconds then turns red and I get is Buzzz.. Does anyone know why this  would not sync.  it is very frustrating to buy a product and it does not work.
