I just received my Arlo Q - unboxed - went through the setup process - after scanning the QR code, it makes a razzberry like noise and goes back to blinking amber light - it won't connect - What's going on?

Also, the issue of special characters is for both the SSID as well as passphrases. WEP is also an issue.
