Hi, i live in UAE, and am trying to upgrade my subscription for more than 7 days but can't find the option. Any help please?

Not all countries have the ability to upgrade the subscription.  Here's a list:

Well that's not fair. I need more than 7 days storage and more than 1 Gb!! Why are you guys selling it in Dubai if you cannot support your customers??? i would have never bought it if i knew that!!!

Not us guys...we're just users too.... Sorry for your problems tho.

 

Along those lines, Netgear would be the one's to talk to re same.

 

There is only one possiblity I can think of that would work,  Another user in a country with only basic service  opted to an account in a supported country and then moved the equipment... TBMK it worked fine

 

As to the 1GB, Netgear has not been enforcing the 1 GB limit in over a year since they removed the usage counter
