Cannot seem to add to previous post regarding the issues everyone had with their Q's being offline recently.

 

@moderators can you please help. Everyone seems to be back online without any hassle but I unfortunately jumped the gun with the problem and ended up disconnecting my 2 cameras from the app. I've reset the cameras, reset the router, left them powered down for a few hours.

I now cannot add them in again. No method I've tried works. I can hear the chime when displaying the qr code but then get the error sound and the camera just has a flashing orange led.

 

Is there a fix for this?

If the factory reset was successful, you should be able to re-onboard the cameras. Are you still experiencing the same behavior today?
