Cannot seem to add to previous post regarding the issues everyone had with their Q's being offline recently.

 

@moderators can you please help. Everyone seems to be back online without any hassle but I unfortunately jumped the gun with the problem and ended up disconnecting my 2 cameras from the app. I've reset the cameras, reset the router, left them powered down for a few hours.

I now cannot add them in again. No method I've tried works. I can hear the chime when displaying the qr code but then get the error sound and the camera just has a flashing orange led.

 

Is there a fix for this?

If the factory reset was successful, you should be able to re-onboard the cameras. Are you still experiencing the same behavior today?

Id like to say, we continue having issues with my app only. My husbands app and both web accounts so base station active. I cannot activate cameras on my app on iphone!!! HELP PLEASE! So frustrating.

 

We have tried

Resetting base station, and cameras multiple times

Logged out

Deleted app

Restarted phone

 

Still application for my iphone 13promax showing base station offline!
