I have 4 arlo Q in my house that I’ve owned a year or so. I notice recently that at least on them is displaying the red infrared lights even when it’s not dark & the camera is set to off. I should mention the camera is also recording. Any ideal what’s happening here?

You have received a bad firmware upgrade which broke many things. Arlo claim that they are currently investigating the issue.
