I installed two cameras to keep an eye on my mother, who has dementia. Things have worked well for the most part. But for the last 24 hours, one of the cameras is not working and I get this message: Your device is not connected. I know it's not a problem with the internet because the other camera (which is further away from the router) is working. I live out of state so I can't check on the camera in person. Any suggestions?

Unfortunately, when a camera goes offline, it can be due to a couple of reasons, Normally the Q should come back online... not common that it doesn't.
At the least, it would have to be unplugged/replugged in.... If that is NG, it may have to be resync'ed.( usu not )
In remote cases like this , some users have used Wemo plug outlets...they are wifi controlled ac outlet so you can remotely 'unplug' / 'replug'
