Twice in the past 2 weeks my Q has been "offline" from the app. I can't manage or edit any of the settings and live view doesn't work. However, it IS actually online, judging by the fact that I still get alerts and it's still uploading video clips.

What the hell? I bought this cam to monitor my house while I'm away. I'm glad it's still sending me motion-triggered clips, but no live view and being unable to access any settings or rebooting the cam remotely is really bumming me out.

Sounds like a glitch...usu the answer is to remove the camera and bring it back as new.

It would also help to know if you've tried reinstalling the app and/or used a browser to troubleshoot.

Camera working fine today without issue. I didn't change anything, which is what's so frustrating about this. It almost seems like Netgear takes certain parts of the service down for maintenance but doesn't share the details.

Try both browser and app - sometimes one works, indicating an issue with the other rather than a Netgear issue.  Also, possibly power cycling the cameras can help.
