intermittent video freeze while sound continues on playback

My camera worked 2 days afyter the video length fix before losing sound on videos today. Why can't a tech company get a camera to work properly?

Make sure that your microphone under audio settings is toggled on.

Have 2 q cams on alert continuously. During playback of clips some have freezes on video part way thru and others do not . Same problem on both cars. It is not on every video saved . Have not found a consistent cause - seems random. Mics are on at 100%. And video is only at 720. Any suggestions?

Mine are showing as 1080p. What makes you thinnk it's 720p?

I have it set to 720. There is an option for various levels.   Have had it that way for a long time. The current issue is either no sound and video stops,  or sound stops and video plays, or sound play and no video.

Preferred the wrong clip length issue to this issue.  Missing too much with this. Happens on both iOS devices or Microsoft browsers

The recording length issue is under review by engineering from what we're told. Mine is proper at the moment - no idea what's up.
