Arlo Q not saving files to cloud

We have a couple of Arlo Q devices, this month they have stopped recoding to the 7 day cloud library.

 

Can someone please let me know why this is happening?  there has been no notification of a change .  The devices are supposed to come with 7 day storage.  ( and have always generally work with that purpose. )

Can you make a manual recording when livestreaming the camera?
