Arlo Q not recording. Receiving notification. Also not showing live view. Spins on "connecting".

I've had a Q for a while and in the past week or so it has stopped recording and showing the live view. It seems like it's working fine and I get notifications on my phone for motion/audio, but then the recordings don't show up in the library. 

 

Also when I turn on the live view, it just spins on 'Connecting'. We've tried resetting it with a paperclip and re-pairing/adding it multiple times and occasionally it will work briefly, but then goes back to this issue.

 

Has anyone else seen this before?

It's possible it's going bad. I would first try a different USB charger to see if that makes a difference. If not, use the Contact Support linnk at the bottom here.
