Briefly press the base sync button - don't hold it for 2 seconds - and then the camera button.

Dang - this popped up again and I realize I didn't answer the question properly. Since this is a Q camera, you would use the same procedure you used for the first - use the app or web client, click on the Add Device button on the Devices tab and choose the Q camera. Follow the bouncing ball...
