Arlo Q not connecting. Tried pressing play but shows "Device failed to connect."

Hello

 

My Arlo Q HD with Audio (VMC3040) has been working fine to date but for the last two days I can't access the camera on the App.

I log in on the App on my Iphone and can see the camera window. I press the 'play' button but it just continually says connecting and the 'wheel' spins but the camera won't come on. Eventually it says 'The device failed to connect. Please try again'

On the Arlo camera itself the light is solid blue and continuously stays on. The user manual LED guide tells me that the solid blue light means the camera is powered on and is connected to Arlo servers. 

Any help on how to cure it much appreciated.

Have you tried to access via web with browser ??    https://arlo.netgear.com
