I recently had to replace my router, so have had to go back and re-connect every device. My Arlo Q wouldn't connect so I went through the reset process (10+ seconds until I heard the click) and it still won't install. My router is broadcasting the SSID (I checked), but Arlo always shows 'unknown SSID' when it asks for the password. I have a Netgear C7000v2 router, and put the camera about 6" from the router. It goes all through the steps until connecting then gives the Arlo 'unhappy' sound.
