When we updated our app a couple of month ago it did something to our connection and we can no longer use the camera. The camera is on line. We have tried to reinstall but we get an error message that read that they can not locate the device. We have tried all the suggestions. It's frustrating that that company put an update out there that did something to our connection or ability to use our camera and we can get direct support.
