The camera keeps turning itself completely off and needs to be switched off and then switched back on again. This has to be done daily but, since we are looking out for elderly parents, this is unacceptable.
We need to buy some more cameras so unsure on how to proceed.

How are you determining that it's completely off? Have you tried both the app and web client before power cycling?
