my arlo q is monitoring outside but when I filter it does not recognise person or package or ....
why is that?

I walk in front of it and it doesn't consider me person?!!!

Have you subscribed to Arlo Smart? You will need that to filter that way.

I just saw this...
that means I pay circa 500 dollars on cam and then have to pay 8 per month ... I am going to return them.... no thanks arlo....
too expensive..
