Arlo Q downloading to iphone

I'm trying to download videos from Arlo website (from my home security camera) to my iphone (because downloading from the website to my PC is cumbersome since you have have to save each file individually; and I tried using Chrome, which actually does download all at once, but doesn't date stamp with date created) and I am now getting an error saying "unspported URL." I've downloaded videos to my iphone recently, but all of a sudden can't. It seemed like the best and easiest way to go was to download to iphone, then download from iphone to PC. But now I can't even download from website to my iphone. Anyone else have this problem? And have a solution?!

It sounds like you're using the browser on your iphone. Use the Arlo mobile app and download clips from the library.
