Hello,

no changes from my side.

After ios app update:

- device status shows normal situation

- connection for live picture not possible

- push message is sent at activity, but library is emty

 

made several resets and new configuartions, but situation is still the same

I have solved this problem:-)

 

I made a restart of the router now it works

Are you still experiencing this issue?

 

Have you tried to factory reset the Arlo Q?

 

Doe this live view issue occur on the web browser as well?

 

What version of IOS are you running on your iphone? What Iphone are you experiencing the issue with?

I reset everything. Internet router. Arlo. The camera. Still Q didn’t work. Removed cam. Tried to sync it no luck.

Have you tried to setup the camera over a web browser?

Yeah. Isn’t working over my phone. And I tried on my computer as well. I’m not getting a blinking amber light when I plug it in as the instructions say, but I’m able to get the blinking blue light, QR code jazz, and then it goes no where and says sorry unable to find my arlo Q
