Arlo Q-detecting motion and/or audio

I have my Alro Q set up about 5 feet from my router-I've been having issues with either just the audio detection not working or just the movement detection not working, while in my app, it states that I have both turned on when the camera is armed, any solutions?

First thing to do is a full reset of the camera... it will avoid any possible induced glitches.

 

Remove the camera from settings using REMOVE DEVICE, then Hold the reset in for about ten secs till the led flashes... resync back as if new

I've tried resetting as a new device twice now and I'm still having either the audio or motion detection not working. One will work and the other won't and vise versa.

You may have a bad device.  Open a case at https://www.arlo.com/en-us/support/contact.aspx or return the camera to the store and swap it.
