Arlo Q camera got stolen and all my previous recordings are gone? Had over 800 recordings.

So my Arlo camera got stolen during the day today or yesterday, and when im trying to login and see who stole it, ALL my previous recordings are gone too. I have over 800 recordings the last two weeks. My entire control panel online is wiped of videos.

 

How is this possible???????

Unless that person also has your login info, they're still there. Try force closing the app and clearing the cache and/or use the web client.
