Arlo Q audio why am I not able to speak to someone who has activated camera's audio and video?

What device are you using to connect to the Q?

I am connected to Apple IPad Air 2 but it only has WiFi if that should make a difference.

Ok, I use an Ipad g3,,, wifi is fine ( if the system is operational, it only has to be on the same wifi during setup )

The app I will say has been glitchy ( the one last released 10 days or so ago )

First , do you have the mic/ speaker toggled on in SETTINGS>AUDIO

Second,  can you hear audio from the camera ?

Third, to pop up push-to-talk button , push on the mic icon on the live vew srceen when viewing

Got it working , the answer was to to push the mic button in the live view, thanks 

one more ?,  in the Arlo app, how do I adjust motion ranges etc?

For a Q camera, you can set zones (not range) in Settings, My Devices, your camera.

Oh, yes, you have to then use the zones in your modes.
