Arlo Q accidently deleted

i accidently deleted my camera and i cant reconnect it because it says i already claimed the camera

Odd.  Try removing it from Settings, My Devices if it still shows there.  Press the reset button on the camera until the LED flashes amber and try to resync normally.  If the same error pops up, open a case with support.
