Arlo Q Videos no longer play on Windows Media Player in Windows 7

Videos have played fine for several years, but now only about 1 in 5 play. I get a msg to download the others. When I download them they still won't play. I am using Chrome. Has something changed?  Also, I get a msg saying to update Adobe, which I did. Nothing changed except I now have some McAfee malware on my computer that I can't get rid of.  Please help.

One of the better free media players is VLC... I would try that.

Some videos players have an issue with the meta data of the video files
