ARLO Q. Failure To Re-Install The Camera

The camera worked fine but I had to change my home wifi settings, so I had to re-install the camera. The procedure fails even after I have pressed the reset button. 

The installation procedure goes fine at first and the camera recognizes the QR code and emits a sound. Supposedly everything should be fine up to this point...

But then comes the next step and the ipad or iphone or PC can't find it (I have tried them all).

What should I do?

First of all, all you needed to do was either use the same SSID and passphrase as before or use Settings, My Devices, your camera, Connected To. At that point you could have simply entered the new info and gone on.

 

Since you used the reset button (assuming you held it until the camera clicked and the LED flashed amber), you also need to remove the camera from Settings, My Devices. You can then sync normally.

any other wise advise on that ...? re-intoalment is a serious and unsolved issue for  me as well.
