Arlo Q Syncing Trouble

 At first I delete it completely from my app’then install my new router.I tried to connect it after I download the new app and it doesn’t sync.I tried it like six times it seem like it  simply refuse to connect. it does all the steps that I supposed to follow till the last one it’s taking time to look to be connected, then goes back to orange color,give me some tips please thank you for the help

Are you using WPA2 in your wifi ?  Any special characters in pw ?
