Both of my Arlo Q's will lose sound randomly. The video will continue to work, but there is no sound being recorded. This occurs on both the CVR and recorded alerts. What is interesting is sound will still set the camera off, but there is just dead silence.
The only way I have been able to fix is to reboot the camera. It will work for a few days, maybe even a week, then sound will just stop working. Is there a solution for this?

I don't know what would cause this bug try a camera reset until the camera clicks and the LED flashes amber. Resync it and check your settings. If it still happens, you'll need to open a case with support:
