I have two Q cameras. Can I set a mode and rule so if Camera A detects motion, both it and Camera B will record? I'm not seeing an option for that. I am not able to see an option for the other camera.
Do both Q cameras have to be on the same freguency, as in 2.4 or 5 Ghz, for them to work together. I may have inadvertantly set each of them up on different frequencies. Not sure how to change them to the same frequency, if that is something I must do.

Unfortunately, each Q camera is unto itself. There's no possible interaction between them or the wireless cameras. So, the answer to your question is that it's not possible.
There are threads in the Arlo Idea Exchange (https://community.netgear.com/t5/Arlo-Idea-Exchange/idb-p/arlo-idea-exchange) that you can add kudos to for possible future updates.
