Arlo Q (Model No. VMC3040) Stopped recording. It will no do a "live view". Nothing in library.

My Arlo Q was working just fine for several days after set up, but now it does not appear to be recording even though I get sound alerts on my iPhone when Arlo Q detects motion. However, it is no longer sending an email alert that it has detected motion or sound. Also, it will not show me a "live view"  and no recordings are found in the library. What do I need to do to get Arlo Q working again. Model VMC3040 Firmware 1.8.30_9926

Do a reset of the Q.... Hold in the reset button for about 10 secs till the front led flashes amber.... re-sync as if new
