Arlo Q Mic not connecting when I'm away from home. Tried mobile data vs wifi and restarting.

Hi there. My arlo Q mic used to work whenever I left the house, but in the past week it has stopped connecting. It will connect when I am at home but not when I am away. I have toggled the mic settings, I have restarted the device, I have tried connecting mobile data vs wifi (on my phone) to see if that makes a difference and it doesnt. I was originally in geofencing mode, but I have also tried just armed/on mode. This also makes no difference. Please can you advise? My phone is clearly not the issue as I mentioned previously, the mic app option connects and works fine when at home. Many thanks

Hi Opal,
If you might have any VPN or profiles enabled on your phone device, try to disable those to see if that works. If it still doesn't work, try to reinstall the Arlo app and reboot your phone device to see if that might help.
