Camera does not work on wifi. Tried reconnecting and reinstalling. Shows "offline" message.

I have a question. Out of the blue our camera does not work anymore. I tried to reconnect the camera but this did not work. Therefore I deleted the camera from the app and reinstalled the camera. After that It works for Some minutes and I also see it on my phone. But after 5 minutes its Turned off and I get the Message: camera is offline. But my wifi is working fine. Does anyone know what I Can do to fix this problem?

You can try using a different charger with the same specs as the original but it sounds to me like the camera is the problem. You can use the Contact Support link at the bottom here to see if they can help with a hardware problem.
