Arlo Q LED is solid purple

My LED is solid purple, meaning I am connected to WiFi but not internet. Camera has worked fine for several months and suddenly quit. I've tried syncing and reinstalling. When I get to the point of having the camera read the QR code off my phone, it won't read it. Help?

I moved to within 15' of router with same results.  i finally removed by camera from the website and reinstalled.  Works great.
