Arlo Q Freezes On ipad While On Iphone

I am new on this forum ánd Dutch (:-) ) - so sorry for my poor English...

Recently installed an Arlo Q camera.

The Arlo app is working fine on my iPhone but on my iPad it's often impossible to go "Live". 

What could be a reason?

Try an re-install the app on your Ipad.

Tx for the advise. So I did and it seems it’s better now. 👍👋
