Arlo Q--Cannot get it to hear my kids talking into camera

Help...I just purchased the Arlo Q...I have it set up and they can hear me talking to them, but I get nothing when the are trying to talk back to me.....

Any help would be Great!!

Just in case... make sure both the MIC and SPEAKER are toggled on in settings

there is also a speaker icon that toggles while in live view mode

I have them all toggled on?? This is the reason I bought it, so I could see my kiddos and bonus talk to them for short conversations?!  Is there a telephone number for support?

As a PS... I didn't see the device and OS your using. 

I know a few people were having audio difficulties with the Iphone 6S/ ios 9.3.2
