I bought 2 of the Arlo Q's. I have a fews gripes... mainly web site issues I believe but they shouldn't be happening.
1. Time stamps between both cameras don't match up... One camera shows me in a different part of the house at the same time stamp the other camera shows me sitting in a chair.
2. The CVR time line system is horrible... It freezes up, doesn't load, jumps to time frames you don't tell it too on both IE 11 and Google Chrome as well as the Android App.
3. CVR shows serious framerate issues and massive loss of video quality at times... I have no reason to believe this is due to my internal network or internet speed on my end. Camera's are running 5Ghz on a Netgear R7000 Nighthawk, Internet speed 180 Mbps down, 12 Mbps up to my local area test server.
I have had the camera's for 3 days now and sadly I may return them over these issues. I like them but for the total cost and a few years of CVR payments I can just buy a professional NVR, IP cameras with cloud backup and remote viewing. I will give it 2 more weeks or so and see if the issues work themselves out and I really hope they do.

JayH1998,
If you live stream the camera, the time stamp should update. Try clicking the live stream button on the cameras screen and see if the thumbnail displays the appropriate image.
The other issues you describe sound like there could be an issue with the camera signal strength. What does the WiFi signal strength indicator show on the cameras screen for the affected camera? You could try re-positioning your cameras in a different location to see if you get the same results.

I have similar issues with the CRV timeline. Very buggy for something that cost 10 dollars a month.
