Arlo Q CVR Plan not available in Ecuador

I try to buy a subscription for a cvr plan but I just read in a forum that I can't do it if the cameras are installed in Ecuador. I made the decision of a PC WORLD publication, which I thought was a serious source, however when I understood the product by Amazon there was no explanatory description about the countries enabled for the service if I had known I would have bought other cameras
