Arlo Cloud location and privacy

Hi, I have just installed 3 Arlo Q's - all very good and very happy.

I was trying now to find the datat privacy and access policy - in terms of who in Arlo has access to the videos etc.

I know I can grant access to other but in terms of the Arlo teams - do they have access ?

And in terms of the cloud storage - what are the standard security measaures Arlo take to secure / encrpyt the data etc ?

I checked the webiste quickly, so may have missed an obvious link.

TMK, the servers used are actually owned by Amazon...

the data that goes from you to the servers and back uses a key encryption scheme.

As to if some tech at Netgear can actually see your videos, they say no.... and that prob the best answer you'll ever get.
