if I add the CVR feature, will that show past video before I added the feature, or is that video already deleted? For instance, if I purchase the CVR package today where you are available to see 7 days worth of video, will I be able to view yesterday's video, or just video starting from when I purchase the add on package? Thanks!

Adding CVR simply adds capability,and you'll see all 7 day's worth.

When CVR is newly added, viewable content starts on the day the subscription was added. After that, you will have a rolling 14 or 30 day period (depending on which subscription selected) in which you can view CVR content.
