Add friends camera to existing setup in Arlo app

Is it possible if I own an Arlo Q and my friend shares their camera (also Arlo Q) that when I accept the invitation I can view it in the app under my login that I already use with my setup? (Ie: Arlo app on my phone displays my cam and friends cam in the camera list)  It seems to want me to create an account and logging in with my existing account doesn’t seem to work? I’m thinking it’s my account having the issue as I was sure this was possible.
