I have rebooted my ARLO Q and base station and checked to see if any new firmware but ARLO Q is streaming live footage pixelated and sound works fine I can hear but can’t see anything.

What's your upload speed? Have you tested it lately? Try moving the camera closer to the router to see if that helps.

Thanks for replying back so I’ve noticed that once I go to video settings that’s when it pixelate the video. And the only fix is to remove and reconnect but I go back to video settings that’s when it will do it again so sounds like they need to put a new firmware to fix that feature.

What do you mean by "once I go to video settings that’s when it pixelate the video"? Do you change the resolution? If changing to better quality causes this, it's either a signal issue to the router or your upload speed. Just viewing the section doesn't change anything.  I don't think a firmware update would fix anything since it seems to be something about your installation environment.
