ARLO Q not connecting to WiFi

I have tried absolutely everything I have read (resetting, unplugging, forgetting our network, etc.), and have chatted with support three different times, as well as talked to my internet provider. No one knows why the camera cannot be found and why it cannot connect to our WiFi. It worked perfectly yesterday, but as soon as we got a new router, it doesn't want to connect.

Does anyone have any ideas?

You can rename the new router's SSID/password to what was used before which would allow the camera to connect with no interaction. However, if you've removed and/or reset the Q, that won't help. Since the Q supports both the 2.4 and 5 GHz bands, you could try both to see if one works better. You can also try a computer browser pointed at my.arlo.com which may help.

Thank you so much. I’ve tried all those things, and I had already renamed the router. I guess we have to get a new one, which really makes no sense, as it was working perfectly hours before.

Have you tried both the app and a computer browser? Maybe one will work.
