Getting notifications ok but no library for 4 days

2 days ago I noticed I had no library videos after receiving a notification.  Sometimes there is a slight delay so I tried to be patient but then I noticed the previous days library was empty too -- even though I got several notificaitons throughout the day.

 

I could not connect to live streaming either -- just a spinning circle.    But today when I started troubleshooting (powered off router and Q, updated app), I can now get Live but still no libraries.

 

My gut tells me this is a server issue, but what do you all think?   It's now 4 days with no library (a couple of hours since troubleshooting).

Have you tried making a manual recording, and see if that is stored?

It resolved itself!!  woo-hoo!!!     My first test after the troubleshooting steps definitely failed and is still not in library, but perhaps there was additional lag time needed to sync fixes and server.    Subsequent motion hits are now visible in library.

 

Or, one big giant coincidence. ha!

 

I am still curious what the actual problem was, but I guess can only speculate.
