ARLO Q - CVR Playback issues today. Very slow and unresponsive.

I'm trying to view CVR content for 7/8/19.  I'm noticing that the ability to move through the timeline is very slow.  I have verified this from a very fast connection.  When I slide around the cursor, it takes at least 5-10 seconds to begin playback.  Sometimes, the timer will freeze but the video will continue playing.  This is on an iPhone 8+ and iPhone 6+ with the latest version from the app store.
