My wife accidentally deleted the device from her phone through the app
Now it will not reconnect no matter how many times we try to sync it. My phone is the original account and I granted hers access originally. My phone works fine. Do I need to resend an invite or delete the friend and retry?
Does she need to delete the arlo app from her phone first?

Check her settings in your account, Settings, Grant Access. See if the device is still selected. If so, remove it from her access, save and add it back. If not selected, add it back to her account. You may need to delete her account and re-invite her.
